One of the best things about the summer months is fresh salad, and no salad is complete with out a stellar dressing recipe. This recipe looks like it would make the cut.

[styled_box color= "red"]One tip you might find helpful is to coarsely chop the half of your sweet onion and rinse it in water (or white vinegar). That helps reduce the strong onion flavor to make it more palatable.
